Why Am I Offering This?

As a counsellor and trauma therapist, I see this every day, the racing thoughts, the exhaustion, the feeling that your body has let you down or doesn’t work properly anymore. It’s such a lonely place to be.

That’s why I created The Catch & Calm Hour, a gentle space to help you stop the spiral and start rebuilding trust with your body again.

What You'll Achieve

You’ll learn my simple technique to gently interrupt intrusive thoughts before they spiral into overwhelm. By the end, you’ll have a tool you can use anytime to bring yourself back to calm, no matter what your mind throws at you.

Understand Yourself

In our session, we’ll explore what’s happening in your mind and body, use my Thought Catching method to quiet the noise, and practise simple tools to help you feel grounded, safe, and back in control, you'll also receive resources to take away.

My mission is to transform the experience of women negotiating baby loss, birth trauma, and rainbow pregnancies by offering calm, compassionate guidance and practical support that helps them feel stronger, more resilient, and less alone. That's why for a short time I am offering this one hour workshop for free. I believe everyone should be able to feel that they can get up in the morning and feel able to have the skills to get through their day.
